Shipping policy

Processing of orders:

After checkout and payment, the processing time will be between 1 - 3 business days and excluding any national holidays

Self pickup - Prempree 
SYDNEY CITY PICKUP - Prempree Grocery (HR 9 AM to 11 PM)

If you want to pickup your order, cutoff time for website order is before 12 PM Saturday to allow us enough time to process.
Orders can be picked up at Prempree Grocery on Sunday after 5 pm
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
**The product can only be kept at prempree for 2 weeks maximum. If it is not picked up by the expired time, all product will be returned to sender and additional fees will need to be paid to re-send**

Australian Post 
Standard Delivery Times:

• NSW Metropolitan Areas: 2–4 business days
• Other states (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
• Rural areas: 7 - 14 days
• Excluding national holidays 

Express Delivery times:

• NSW Metropolitan Areas: 1-2 business days
• Other states: 1-3 business days
• Rural areas: 7 - 10 days
• Excluding national holidays
